Frequently asked questions
It depends on the tree and its location. If the tree is protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or is in a conservation area, you will need permission from your local council before any work can be carried out. We can advise you and help with applications if needed.
Yes. We are fully insured for public liability and all of our tree surgeons are qualified and trained to carry out work safely and professionally.
Absolutely. All branches, logs, and woodchip can be removed and recycled as part of the service. If you’d like to keep logs or woodchip for your garden, just let us know.
The cost depends on the size, location, and type of work required. We offer free, no-obligation quotes after assessing the tree and the job in person.
For safety reasons, we may need to reschedule work during high winds or severe weather conditions. We’ll always keep you informed and rearrange promptly.
